Our Story

VERRA started in the summer of 2026, built by two 14-year-old friends, Arif and Cillian, with no money, no team and no guarantees—just a vision and each other. Arif is the main owner of VERRA, while Cillian leads the graphic design and visual side of the brand.

Coming from different backgrounds—Cillian with Irish and Latino roots, Arif with Irish and Somali roots—we've both known what it's like to feel judged, isolated and treated differently. We've had our own setbacks, but through everything, our friendship has stayed solid. We're brothers by choice, and VERRA is something we're building side by side.

Faith became part of that journey. For Cillian, finding Christianity gave him a reason to keep believing in something beyond the circumstances around him. "For nothing will be impossible with God." — Luke 1:37. Arif's Islamic faith is another part of the foundation we respect and carry with us: "Indeed, with hardship comes ease." — Qur'an 94:6.

VERRA comes from the same feeling we both share: we want more from life. We want to build something successful, travel the world, become independent and one day create a life on our own terms.

We're only 14, and we're starting from zero. But this is our first step.
